I already have Facebook and Instagram. Do I still need a website?
Yes! Social media is rented space: algorithms change and accounts can get locked. Your website is the home base you own, the place Google sends searchers, and the place every post, business card and flyer should point back to. Use both together.
How long will it take to build my website?
That comes down to the size of the project. On average, we deliver within 1–2 weeks once we have received your content.
Can the project timeline shift?
Yes — any changes or additions along the way can extend the schedule, and delays on content will push back the launch date.
How involved will I need to be?
That's entirely up to you. You can stay closely involved or step back and let us handle it.
What do I need to provide to get started?
At a minimum, we need your branding assets — logo, fonts, and colors. Any additional content we create for you will be reflected in your bill.
Do you build both custom and template-based websites?
Both! Templates help keep costs down, while custom sites are built from the ground up for your needs — they cost more and take a bit longer.
How many rounds of design revisions do I get?
You get two revisions included before any additional charges apply.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Absolutely. We can add a content management interface so you can make your own updates — this does factor into the project price.

Of course — we would be happy to connect you!
Do you outsource your projects?
Nearly all of our work is completed in-house. We only bring in outside help when a tight deadline calls for it.
How do you structure your pricing?
Most projects are billed at a fixed fee. Pick a package (Starter $675, Business $1,020 or Commerce from $1,270) or build your own by pages and features. We bill hourly only for work that falls outside the original contract scope.
